Can't tell you much about this Mexican car. It has had a conversion done to look as an old type 166 Schwimmwagen but I don't know if it is capable to take a dive in the water. It looks good, imho.
Even at its launch, they knew it: it is an beautiful ugly car! We only can affirm that... driving our reliable 70ties style icon.

Since Schuco has launched its vw181 1:87 stream, I thought Wiking has lost all interest in making some new models. But hurray... they have shown a sign of life as a new Wiking release is available now: a red cross version.
These 28cm long models were made by Gay Toys inc, USA. (Gay in the meaning of "happy", to be precise). The orange version is the most common color, the other colors I only saw once on my 181 quest.
